1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using HopeCare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use HopeCare.
- Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal activities.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to share false or misleading information on the platform.

HopeCare provides the following services:

- AI-powered chatbot support for emotional wellness conversations

- Community features for peer support (where applicable)
5. Medical Disclaimer
HopeCare is not a medical service. Our platform provides informational and emotional support tools but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding mental health conditions.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
